I am hooked on Kay Bratt. Her stories are amazing and pushes you to keep turning those pages. Another heartwarming story about twins, Cara and Hana. Separated because of family troubles, Cara goes on by herself, hitch hiking across the country to Key West where she wants to search out all things Hemingway. Along the way she picks up a stray dog, and names him Hemi. They travel together, two lost souls, meeting kind people and not so kind people.
But there are so many troubles and secrets that Cara doesnt know and fleeing is her first response. But when she finally gets to Key West, she feels she can finally relax meeting up with a family that not only shows her love, but also kindness. But while it is all too good to be true, Cara finds herself in another situation that might just bring her down again.
