Review: Blueprints

Blueprints Blueprints by Barbara Delinsky
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

Two strong women, Caroline and her daughter, Jaime are part of MacAfee...mother is a carpenter and daughter is the architect - both trying to find their way in life.

They work well together until the company wants to replace Caroline with her daughter - because they are seeking a younger host for the show Gut It. The story then covers the mother-daughter relationship, plus their love interests and when Caroline's ex (Jaime's father) died in a car crash with his current wife, Jaime is the left with the care of their son, Tad (Jaime's half brother).

While things are changing, mother and daughter strive to repair their relationship. Heartwarming story of family.
