A story of a very strong woman who would not be defeated by anything much less the killer/former husband who she thought was behind bars.
Theia Pearson expects her life will be safe and peaceful. She is engaged to Jack Capeto, who is very secretive so she breaks the engagement and throws herself into her law practice. One of her cases involves a child dumped by a drug addict mom and Theia finds herself involved to the point of testing her own resourcefulness and sanity.
