Jacks and her husband had a good marriage, or so she thought. Unknown to her, he decides to have an affair....which ends up with a trip to Hawaii with his mistress. Thinking her husband was away on a business trip in Kansas, she is shocked to learn of his death in Hawaii.
In order to deal with this shock, she is approached by the fiance, Nick. He suggests they go to Hawaii to the scene of the accident in order to have some closure - and she agrees but only after a few days in Hawaii does Jacks find out more information than she wanted to know.
And only after they both return from Hawaii, does she find out the real truth. Amazing book, keeps you turning the pages - many surprises.
