Amazing story of one woman's struggle. She grew up in a family with secrets but only recently things came together. To explain her mother's illness and what her mother kept from her. Elle is a nurse but in a pediatric ward. Her friend is a nurse in a geriatric ward. Soon Elle finds that there is someone there who has ties to her.
And so we have this page turner to find the truth that no one wants to talk about. I love Holmes books because you never know what they will bring to your reading mind. And just when you think you know the whole story......there is that little piece that she throws in so at the end you can say "wow".
