I have never been disappointed in a Catherine Ryan Hyde book.  And so this one did not disappoint.  Starts off with Roseanna, a high powered lawyer, with a stressful job.  But then her friend and law partner dies and Roseanna comes to realize that life is short.  Some of us never get to that part called old age.

And so she walks away from it all.  She leaves and settles in a 76 acre farm that is falling down, has squatters on it and so her new life begins.  There is no cell phone service - heck, there isnt even a landline.  But this is what Roseanna wants.....until her son shows up and while they were never close, this part of her life brings her closer to her son and sharing a bond she never knew was available.

Heartwarming, loving and so true.  Life is too short....smell the roses and dance in the rain!  #fivestars  #kindleunlimited
