Review: Pretty Girls

Pretty Girls Pretty Girls by Karin Slaughter
My rating: 5 of 5 stars

I am a big Karin Slaughter fan. Never read a book of hers I didnt like. This one didnt disappoint either. It reminds me that there are monsters out there, even though this book is fiction. It starts off with a disappearance of Julia (in today's world there are so many abductions) and goes on to give us the background of Julia's sisters, Lydia and Claire and their coping with the lost of their sister.

While Claire goes on to marry a millionaire, Lydia moves in the other direction of marrying an ex-con and getting into drugs. But the unexpected death of Claire's husband puts a whole new light on the secrets and mysteries of what went on behind the scenes.
