I walked out of the house yesterday to take my grandsons home and this is what I saw from the steps. The black clouds were rolling in and the winds were high. By the time we stopped at a store and then went to their house it was coming down in buckets with raindrops the size of quarters.
The lightening was constant although we did not hear any thunder. And it continued well into the early morning ... and then the temperature came tumbling down. It is amazing how we are going from one hot day (80 degrees) to a cooler day (50 degrees).....you don't know how to dress...but it could be worse......we could have snow....like many of our Midwestern states......tomorrow will be better......and soon we will complain about hot, hot, weather.......
