What would you do?

We all love the 4th of July......hot weather, lotsa friends, BBQs, ..............or maybe you go to the beach and have a beach party.....whatever you do, it is fun, in the warm weather and with good friends.....

So my question today is............what would you do if you lived in a city where it was freezing cold on the 4th of July?  I know we here in the US have the warm weather.....but what if we didnt........and it was as cold as it was this past winter..............how would you celebrate the 4th of July....
