Lucas is married to Michelle. But she has disappeared. We find out that Lucas hired a hitman to kill her so he can get a hold of her millions. Michelle's mother is dying and her brother is an addict. So Lucas thinks he is in the clear to live a life of leisure. But then he starts getting postcards...someone knows what he did!
And so the mystery continues until Lucas feels haunted by all the small things that are happening that make him question if Michelle is really dead. Great mystery and the story only gets better the more you read.
