So I am on this program to lose weight....again. But it is more than a diet, it will be a way of life. No rocket scientist here - eat less, drink more (water, not wine) and move, move. So I bought the Fitbit which I always wear and have upped my steps from 900 to 3000 daily. Not the 10,000 that I need to do, but well, baby steps first.
I even bought the bracelets in all different colors so I can be fashionable. Then I also downloaded the MyFitness Pal app....keeping track of all the calories and keeping under my set number.
And now I have an app to record the amount of water I drink. And according to the app I must drink at least 120 ounces of water a day....huh?? Thats about 7 bottles of water......I realized that I have only been drinking 2 or 3 per day. Now I have to figure out how to drink that much water and not spend the day in the bathroom......
