The Evil Beneath by A.J. Waines

Juliet Grey a psychotherapist gets involved emotionally and physically with the latest deaths of women whose bodies keep showing up in water. One of them wore her clothes. The plot thickens with each chapter as she gets more and more involved and eventually links back to the death of her brother. Great book. Couldn't put down.
