I just finished reading

someone else's blog who is a photographer and put pictures of her flowers and birds that came along in the summer......While my photography has taken a back seat - except for the ones I do of the grandkids - my flowers are finally starting to bloom.

Hubby bought - through QVC - 48 bulbs of Starfire Lillies.....and we planted in April....they are just now coming up.  Dont know if the hot weather kept them closed or all the rain opened them up....but here is just one.....maybe this week I will show the other 47........
